Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

For all UAE shipments, orders will be processed within 1-2 days and will be delivered within 5 working days.

International shipping

For all International shipments, orders will be processed within 2-3 days and will be delivered within 7-14 working days depending on customers' destination.

Custom duties in international countries to be calculated at destination. Due to import and custom restrictions, customers may be required to pay for import and duty taxes. 

The Shab Boutique does not bear responsibility for any import and duty taxes charged to the customer at their designated country.

Delivery process and time

Delivery schedule varies from one country to another, for UAE shipments, your order will be delivered within 5 working days, for international shipments, orders will be delivered from 7 to 14 working days.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that a full and complete address for delivery is provided, when making a purchase and that such delivery address is one to which the delivery can be made without delay or special arrangements. Any delays in a delivery, caused by an incorrect, incomplete or non-standard delivery address, will be at the risk of the Customer.

Product purchases will be processed for delivery from The Shab Boutique, UAE, within 3 (three) working days. If any product is not immediately available, The Shab Boutique will promptly inform the Customer and provide an indication of the expected date of delivery. In case of any delayed order, the Customer will have the right to elect whether to confirm the purchase or to cancel, without any penalty. Once a confirmation of the order is given, cancellation will no longer be possible.
